Unable to accommodate our cot request. Beds were comfortable but found the pillows hurt my neck. Just fold down beds not proper bed frames. The tap in the shower was fiddly - it was stuck on hot water when we arrived.
Very nice receptionist. Decent breakfast for the cost, amazing coffee. Very good value for money.
Set in the beautiful natural landscape of the Naturlandia-La Rabassa park, this hotel offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and forests of the Pyrenees.

Very clean, spacious room and at a good location.
Room could have had few utensils. Parking is costly at 18 euros per day and they charge 9 euros for breakfast for 5 year old as well, which is a first for me.

I was expecting more for a 4-star hotel. The spa area was great and the rooms were nice, but bit old looking. The nights we stayed there was a large group of Spanish teens skiing I guess, that were very loud, at some point they were just screaming outside our door and even knocked. Some of them were polite, most of them were not. The hotel should set a couple of rules when this happens, otherwise the “relaxing time” is not relaxing at all. Breakfast was not good at all, I’ve had better in worse places. Staff were super friendly, maybe next time charge the city tax when we check in instead of when we are rushing to catch our bus at the check out. Overall we had a good experience, but it wasn’t very relaxing as we could hear teens yelling around the place and had to wait ten minutes just to get the elevator.
First of all the staff, very professional and super caring which in Andorras other hotels not always is the case. These people really wanted to do everything to make our stay comfortable and they behaved like they should in the hotel. Free parking also a great bonus. Room size was amazing for Andorra, usually I get 50cm around the bed. Finally, fully working- not problematic internet.
A nice and clean room. Lots of free parking spots, which is VERY RARE in Andorra, which makes it worth 10 mins of extra driving from the main road, and also gives a great view of mountains from the hotel. A great breakfast (8 euro).
Clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are in good condition, bathrooms are clean and looks like recently renewed. Everyday cleaning done very qualitatively. Close to Grandvalira
