During my recent business trip to Al Ain, I had the pleasure of staying at Al Ain Rotana, and it exceeded all my expectations. Opting for one of their luxurious villas, I found the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making my work trip feel more like a rejuvenating retreat. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A particular highlight was the warm and efficient service provided by a lady at the reception desk who managed my booking. Although I regret not recalling her name, her professionalism and attention to detail ensured a seamless check-in process and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The villa was spacious and elegantly designed, offering a private sanctuary after long business meetings. With modern amenities, a comfortable living area, and a serene atmosphere, it provided the ideal environment to relax and recharge. Hotel Facilities • Swimming Pool View: The outdoor swimming pool was a visual delight, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a tranquil setting. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. • Kids’ Play Area: Though traveling for business, I noticed the well-maintained children’s play area, making it an excellent choice for families as well. The vibrant and safe environment ensures that children are entertained while parents can relax. • Dining Options: The hotel boasts a variety of dining venues catering to diverse palates. Whether you’re in the mood for international cuisine or local delicacies, the restaurants offer delicious meals with impeccable service. • Fitness and Wellness: For those looking to maintain their fitness routine, the Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. It’s a great way to stay active during your stay.  Al Ain Rotana stands out as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.

I had booked a king-size bed, but instead, it was two single beds joined together. I didn’t expect that, and any movement on the bed caused a noticeable gap between the two.

Only problem do you have when you call room service it take time to answer or if you want to book don’t answer you very fast plus didn’t tell you about the pool you have loud crowd they should tell us so should have a better option to choose

There were couple of issues, for instance, the light in the bathroom almost fell on us, the phone didn’t work at some point and the walls are too thin, you could hear almost everything outside

Location is very good Reception employee was kind When I sak for late chech out they was very kind We ordered from restaurant it wad delicious

No hotels or restaurants nearby to have food … need to travel around 12mins to find a hotel…

Very good stay, I will come again here because pool, room view is very good, , I like to thank you Concierge Harsha and Sachiln And Almas and praveen, they are very helpful
