Breakfast was great. May be the best we have ever had access to. We had a Club Raffles room so access to afternoon tea and to drinks+canapés in the evening. Afternoon tea - as a freebie very generous. Couple of sandwiches, savories, 2 scones each + jam & cream (but really more of these needed) and 3 cakes eack. Drinks/canapés - canapés sounds like little nibbles. Not so. E basically ham a full meal. Soups, cheese + biscuits, hot savouries ( chicken, fish, vegeo..) plus salads and hot veg/potatoes, choice of sweets AND a range of alcoholic drinks including cocktails. I had a champagne based drink and could have been topped up 3 times, but I declined the third. Great room, good view across to the Burj Khalifa Nice pool

I stayed in the property for 2 nights Overall it's very clean and new staff are very good and do everything to help you. Rooms are very small and there was construction beside the hotel even over the night. I could not sleep first night as every noise of construction was around. Reported to reception

Break fast was good, the variety can be better but generally was good. the area is closed to Dubai mall but around the hotel was not any Resturant or shops. Lobby is so small and there is not any facility like coffe shop and restaurant. Pools is nice. I was expected to enter in an Intercontinental Hotel but it is completely different , a small hotel which is not like to other intercontinental Hotels.
