I did NOT like the reception staff, not friendly and when i called several times from the room no one was answering, i had to go to the reception to talk to them keeping in mind they were alone and no customers around them.
The breakfast was great. Alot of variety and frindly staff.

Hotel is ok only due to location. Swimming pool was fine. But service, cleanliness and even simple facilities were not provided until asked. Mr. Antu Choudhary in hotel reception was very helpful and professional but other male members were rude and unresponsive.

the bed is nice and comfy..the staff is friendly and accommodating..the receptionist is good in cummunication skills to the visitors :)..one thing i dont like in the hotel is there towels,its old and look dirty..and the ac is on the too of our head,whuch is causing us sick..hope u improve that..but most of all is good..
