The service in the restaurant is so delayed, a lot of people walk around and did nothing.. all the orders late a lot, in the dinner, breakfast and lunch.. I don’t recommend because when you are in a place like that, we need a excellent service

We had opted out to spend our wedding night at this hotel. We had booked a 1BD Villa, however, the hotel was worn out and dingy. Here are a few items: - The lighting control was so inefficient and hard to figure out. The light bulbs in the living room area were flickering. - there weren’t enough carpets/floor rugs on the floor and it was freezing and very uncomfortable to step on the marble flooring. - the pool floor tiles were coming out and some were not even fixed. The tiles moved constantly when stepped on and that is hazardous so close to the pool. - The pool was not temperature controlled and we couldn’t enjoy the privacy of having our own pool in our villa (which was one of the main reasons we opted for a pool villa). - as a newly married couple (we even arrived in our wedding attire) we weren’t offered any complimentary things upon our arrival - except for a welcome card that didn’t even have our correct name on + tasteless cake.
