Once I navigated how to get the keys, it was smooth sailing. I received excellent customer support from Ms Shazeen and Mr Shakir. They were readily available and provided prompt answers to any queries. I liked the location. It was barely 10-15 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Yas Mall. There is a shopping courtyard at the back of the apartment building which is excellent for a short term traveler. It has several cafes and food outlets, tailor, barber, bank, pharmacy, grocery store. The location was perfect for me as I needed to visit Yas Island. Travelers are avised to use the National taxi which is cheaper than Uber. It cost me about AED 28 one way from the apartment to the Yas Island using a National Taxi. Uber cost was estimated at AED 46.
