The owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming. The guest house is just as described, the place is nice, and there is little area where you can go swim in the lake (water is very cold). The hostess cooked delicious home-cooked meals. We were happy to stay there 1 night and meet these people. It's just 10 10-minute drive from Fierze ferry stop (so for us was very convenient). There is not a lot of things to do - just to enjoy nature, so good for a short stay.

The hotel sits on a mountain with an incredible view of the river and mountains behind it. Equipped with an infinity pool that makes you feel like you're on the edge of it, I couldn't imagine a more serene stay. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway.

Our stay was incredible from the views and to the hosts. So kind and accomodating. The hosts were super helpful when I had any questions. The dinner and breakfast was divine, I highly recommend eating here if you stay! The portions were great and were some of the best meals I have ever had. Will absolutely be back.

Lahuta is great! Surprisingly cheap, clean, decent breakfast included and well equipped room. Few grocery stores and restaurants are also really close. What’s not to like? Guesthouses in Valbone cost more than Lahuta and yet, it takes the same time to get to the valley from Bahram Curri than to hike from one of them. Highly recommended!

We had a really wonderful stay! The hosts were so kind and the food was some of the best I had in Albania. The room is not heated but they provided lots of warm tea and extra blankets. We enjoyed spending the evening with other guests together in the warm kitchen. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the start Valbonë pass.
