We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Kloest, from the great location to the breakfast and delicious cappuccinos every morning, to the great value for the cost. We even had a sea view from the charming Juliet balcony. But what makes it extra special is the friendly and caring staff. Every person we met at the hotel was simply wonderful.
We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Albania, which we definitely plan to return to!

The room was awesome. However I'm not a fan of the thermostat being controlled by the reception desk.
also I slipped on the wet tile in the bathroom and fell on my back.
I think the Restaurant menu is a bit too limited, also it's pretty expensive. For me it's also a negative that the lunch and dinner menu is the same.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We stayed a month in their off-season (March). They upgraded us to a suite with an ocean view patio. The room was great with very comfortable mattresses and lots of space for a long stay. The restaurant was large and clean with lots of beautiful patio seating. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh - so much food! They also give a beautiful fruit plate at every breakfast which was amazing. The wait staff was kind and welcoming especially Nora and Admiral - we were well taken care of. The cleaning staff was very respectful and accommodating- lovely ladies especially Lump and Nexhi who checked in with us each morning to make sure we had enough water and towels. The front desk would greet us and check in that we were enjoying our stay especially Eva & Ali. We stayed a month and truly felt very welcome. I worked remotely from the room and had no issues with the internet - we ordered room service a lot since I worked evenings and the food was always hot and delicious. We did a few spa treatments- very luxurious and professional staff plus the indoor saltwater pool was very relaxing. Such a lovely hotel - will stay again to enjoy the summer time beach vibes.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was insane! I eat a lot and it was able to fill me to the brim. The owner had a chat with us and was insightful and assisted us on our trip. Everything was 10/10, we feel like we got a little taste of Albania while still being treated like 5 star guests.
