Xhorxho and his wife Nicola were the most welcoming & pleasant hosts we have met during our trip in Albania & Kosovo.
They were taking really good care of us (12 people) and showed great flexibility with the arrival and drop-off by boat from Fierze.
The 1h boat trip is spectacularly beautiful and the place is a total gem, especially in October, when it is not too crowded. We really enjoyed the villas, the food and the hospitality.
You can see the effort and heart they put in to create this little paradise.Totally recommended!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing - everybody was so friendly and generous, cooking us amazing food and taking us on long hikes/trips outside of their working hours. The location is perfect and I am glad we stayed overnight for a few days as we really got the opportunity to relax and enjoy. Eagles Land was very helpful in booking our minivan transfer to and from Tirana, and the boat from the ferry port to the accommodation was smooth and stunning. We hope to return next year - truly a holiday to remember.

They helped us on arranging the transportation to Komani lake. By staying at their guesthouse you can also sit by the parasols in front of the river, which otherwise would cost 10 euros/day. From looking at the other guesthouses, ours seemed like the best around and I would really recommend staying the night if you can. Once the final boats leave, it gets very quiet and (even more) relaxing.

I loved how the staff was in communication with us the entire time, and the views from the room and the hotel itself. There was an attached bridge, a hammock, and board games to play when you get bored.

Me and my friend did not know what to expect when travelling to the Komani Lake, as we have never been on this kind of getaway. It was an extensive trip to get to the accomodation, but we will say: totally worth every effort! The trip to the accomodation is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views of the Komani Lake and the mountains. The accomodation really feels far away from everything, a perfect getaway. The cabins have the most beautiful view over the lake with many hiking options in the area. We were the last ones of the season, the two brothers who run this place came all the way on this trip to accomodate us. They did this with every hospitality and kindness, being super helpful from the moment we set foot in the area to our drop-off the next day at the other side. Can absolutely reconmend this place, also if you want to support a local family owned business!
