Staff were amazing and very welcoming, made you feel at home, treated you with courtesy and went out of their way to help on many occasions. The hotel itself is pretty with charm and in an amazing location. Breakfast was brilliant too.

We had a beautiful and relaxed stay in the family owned hotel Napolon Kompleks. The hotel stands out through it's Multi-Tiered terrace structure, connected through stairs, with lots of cozy nooks and crannies to sit and relax. The breakfast was very tasty, not too much but just right and was served to us every day at our table, where we could take in the magnificent view. In the hotel everyone was very friendly and accommodating and we felt right at home. we recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to experience a slice of Albania and doesn't only want to stay in the major tourist areas.
