The bus literally stops in front of the hotel. Our room was small but clean with all necessary equipment. The owner was very sweet and friendly. Also had a nice breakfast with a glass of chilled peach juice every morning. Would recommend this place, great value for the price.

Friendly services and great breakfast brought to the room. Hotel owner lady does all works alone what we found incredible. She doesn't speak English but she called daughter and she helped us out. Warmly recommended!

Great place to stay! Room was perfect for a family of 3. It was great to tour the winemaking facilities with the winemaker. They make good wines.

The guesthouse was hard to find on google maps—be sure to search Bar & Restaurant Osumi, not Guesthouse Osumi! It is about 3km outside Berat proper. But once we got there we had a very nice experience. Property was managed by a team who spoke excellent English and wanted us to have a nice stay. Room was large and clean. The restaurant was excellent and well priced. We ended up having a lovely evening dancing with other diners who were celebrating a birthday. If you have a family this would be a great place to stay with lots of outdoor space and a playground. Excellent value!
