The place is great. You can park your car in the yard and the rooms, there are two of them, are outside of the main house so it is very private and calm. We had both breakfast and dinner and it was just amazing. So much delicious food, we really enjoyed both meals greatly. The owners are super nice like it is always the case in Armenia. Definitely worth staying here.

The resort is beautiful and well-designed, with a view that is absolutely picturesque. I would definitely come back and stay longer. The reception staff were very hospitable and welcoming. My son enjoyed the horse ride, which was also very affordable.

Tsovasar is well located to reach anywhere on the east side of lake and the town of Sevan by car for shopping, touring, etc. including the pleasant nature reserve just to the south. The remarkable Noratus Cemetery and interesting monasteries are also close. The restaurant offers very good breakfasts and prepared meals during the day. A special mention for the superb staff, very friendly and helpful for extra needs and questions. We stayed in one of the compact multi-level 2-BR cottages, nicely equipped with a split bathroom and toilet plus an efficient kitchen to which the staff added equipment we wanted.

The place is overall really great! But the best thing I like is that all rooms have lake view. We went there during winter, so watching the snow meets the lake from our room was so nice! I can only imagine how awesome it would be during other seasons, specially spring.

The best place on Lake Sevan is the desolate, picturesque Artanish Peninsula and this is one of the very few accommodations that gives you walking access to the peninsula.
The second-floor chalet room had a view to the lake.
Dinner and breakfast were both very nice. I didn't end up making a shopping trip to the village of Artanish.
The hosts picked me up from Sevan city and dropped me off for me to catch a marshrutka van to Tbilisi. And the prices I paid were lower than standard taxi fares.
