Everything went well from arriving to leaving, for an Englishman with limited German the Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The room was very well appointed and very quiet, the Restaurant offered a reasonable menu and the parking was plentiful although i dont think the Hotel was full.

The room is spacious with balcony. The location is good with the cable car station nearby. The facilities are well-maintained with indoor swimming pool and the spa areas. You can enjoy them after a day of hiking. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I’m sure I will come back again if I come to this region again.

Very much served our needs at a good price.
We thought the styling was very smart and attractive.
There was no door to the bathroom which is a little odd. Also no coffee making facilities which was a shame.
Breakfast finished sharp at 10am which we thought was early for a Sunday. Checkout was the same time and the key card just stopped working (I think we did have 30mins grace but that wasn't much when we were in breakfast until 10.15).
The balcony view is of the train station - this was fascinating and we loved it watching all the trains coming and going but it wasn't clear before booking.

Excellent, friendly staff all round. Good spa facilities. Food plentiful, typical 'mountain/chalet' food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Ski in/ski out is good, though not actually on a named run as such, so could be a little challenging for less able skiers. Ski out involves either a hike uphill or hike across a car park but not a major issue. Rooms comfortable but not huge by any means.

Loved location, handy to ski lifts & having lockers at the mountain base was perfect. Room was lovely with bath (for after skiing) & balcony. Really enjoyed our stay.
