Wow, this has never happened to me: I was threatend with physical force by the staff of the hotel upon a verbal dispute at the check in. Despite an argument based on a misunderstanding there was no call for threatening violence. For sure I will avoid this hotel as it was a rather unsettling experience. I probably should have expected something like this though as the reviews of hotels are quite negative and vocal.
