It's a small village, with the Vitalhotel Berghof and the church being in the centre. The hotel has a nice garden, which must be useful in the warmer months for children. The two swimming pools in the hotel offer excellent opportunities for exercise when there is not enough snow for cross-country. We did not eat anywhere else, not counting many coffees and some glasses of wine. There are many places worth visiting nearby, the villages of Lofer and St.Johann, the lakes of Pillersee, Walchsee, Schwarzsee; and the famous resort of Kitzbuhel with shops and the well-known Hahnenkamm ski area. There are lots of downhill skiing opportunities (not in Erpfendorf itself though) within a radius of 25 kms.Guest review byMarieCzech Republic

Amazing wellness area with 2 saunas, turkish hamam and 2 pools. Very friendly staff, they allowed me to use the sauna beyond working hours (consider it works only till 19:00).
