We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, and our kids were thrilled with the farm, which had cows, chickens, donkeys, and geese. They enjoyed feeding the animals, collecting eggs, and participating in the farm activities. The half-board option was great, with delicious meals every day. A special thanks to Yohana and Mr. Cristen for their warm and friendly approach to our kids.

Location view is its best usp. We used the barbecue, and the local Spar is quite close.
Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblutâs center and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot...

The location of the hotel is spectacular!
The staff are friendly & helpful.
The room was spotless & very comfortable.
The pool & sauna are very clean & refreshing.
The breakfast buffet was delicious & was a great way to start the day!
We appreciate that this Hotel was the original hotel in Heiligenblut. We loved our stay here!
Historically, Heiligenblut was where the signing took place to create Austria’s 1st National Park in 1971.
Be sure to stop in the Haus der Steinbőcke which is the Visitor Center in town. They have a permanent exhibition & short film, ‘Der Kőnig und sein Thron’.
You will learn all about the natural environment of the area. It is well worth your time. They have a Swarovski crystal telescope outside their cafe where you can look at the Grőssglocker and surrounding mountains up close.
The staff was amazing and the hotel was just so lovely. The views from our rooms were spectacular and a very comfortable place to stay. The chef was unwell the day we arrived so the hotel organised a minibus to take us for dinner. Can't fault any of our stay was just superb and plenty of room for the motorbikes.
We enjoyed everything from the moment we saw the hotel. It was lovely inside and outside. The view from the hotel was stunning. The nature around is breathtaking. The food was lovely too. Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke in english easily.
We stayed in the old part of the hotel with a beautiful large room and high ceilings. Bathroom was excellent and big. The building is old, well maintained and loved by the owners.
It’s a newly renovated apartment, beautifully decorated in wood, comfortable and spacious . It’s near the hotel were the food is awesome and the people are super nice.
The hotel & room we had were great. Everything you needed was in the large room. The breakfast was also good. Plus the landlady was really friendly & spoke English.
