Breakfast area too cramped for the number of uests, food was poor and lacked variety (dry powered eggs), a singular coffee machine created a perpetual line, staff struggled to keep food stocked. Good location.

The location is amazing, really quiet place to relax. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. Also really nice view from the room. Food was very good.

The Kaiserhof in Berwang in the Zugspitz Arena Ski Area offers an 3.6 ft² spa area including beauty treatments and physiotherapy. In winter, the ski slopes can be accessed at the doorstep.

Our seat was assigned which we enjoyed. The selection of foods was very generous. the staff were attentive. The man preparing the omelets/eggs was most friendly, professional and attentive to what we wanted. we have already recommended HotelSpielmann to our friends and family!

We loved the location. Couldn't have asked for better views and seclusion. The camp site close by afforded us fun camp fire singing at night. The staff was friendly and the food is top notch.

The property was wonderful! The rooms are minimally furnished but tastefully done. The view was spectacular. I loved the shared kitchen and dining room idea. We had take out one evening and shared the space with friends making their own dinner and it was so nice to feel community. If you don’t go shopping, there are plenty of items you can purchase there if you would like to make a meal and special containers in the fridge with the room numbers written so you could have your space. We were right next to the train station but don’t let that deter you! We were never awoken by the train and it was so convenient having it right there. Lovely time on our ski holiday and staff was superb.
