Located 1.5 km from the centre of Tyrolean Neustift, the Familotel Kindl is amidst the skiing area of Stubaital Valley.

We traveled with our 2-year-old granddaughter, so I booked this hotel. It completely exceeded all my expectations. There are plenty of attractions for such small children, but older children also have enough activities. The hotel operates a kindergarten with a babysitting service while parents can go skiing. Although we didn't use this service, we could also stay in the kindergarten with the child. Our granddaughter was thrilled. The children could ride tiny horses and feed animals, and the playground was opposite the hotel. Older children used, for example, the climbing wall and a water slide that measures your speed. I also liked the possibility of tapping drinks and coffee from the machine whenever we needed it. The empty ski bus left the hotel at 8:20 and 8:50, which we used with the older grandson. Another well-thought-out thing was the food. The lunch snack was from 12:00 with a children's lunch option, and for dinner, there were children's meals available from the buffet and on order – for example, schnitzel with fries. We often ski in the Stubai Valley, so I know what the other hotels offer. If you are traveling with very young children, choose this hotel :) It has no competition in the valley. Most hotels have a children's playroom somewhere in the basement; this hotel is really focused on children :) We all enjoyed this vacation.

The best item from my short stay in this hotel was the amazing kitchen and choise of the wines ! In am travelling all around Europe and other world destinations so I can say that I understand the gastronomy . My business is also in gastr. , over 30 years in bakery branch . Here one of the owners Mrs .xx? is in the kitchen . She is making the excelent job ! They said, she cooks from the age of 15! Now over 40 years.. All the menu, dish were excelent . Also the salads form the salad SB bar ! Everything had the nice , correct taste ! Also the design and serve of every dish on the table was perfect . Dessers also super .     I have skied here many times in the past 12 years and keep coming back from the states. The town exudes that fairytale alpine charm and the access to both the Stubaier Gletscher and Schlick 2000 ski areas is wonderful. The exceptionally frequent and on-time bus system in the valley is fantastic. I fly to Munich and then come by either transport van or the train to Innsbruck and then a bus up the valley. No need for a rental car! Innsbruck is only 45 minutes away by bus and a great destination for a day off from the slopes. If you are here in late November thru Christmas the Christmas Market in the oldtown is a must!

    The hotel I stayed at was fantastic. Its location surrounded by picturesque nature and mountains was breathtaking, providing stunning views from the windows. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, creating a cozy atmosphere. The facilities, including the pool and sauna, were excellent, and the cuisine was superb, with a focus on local producers. Its proximity to ski resorts makes it perfect for both winter and summer vacations. Can't wait to return for hiking and biking adventures!

    Neustift im Stubaital is really close to Stubaier Gletscher...

    Neustift im Stubaital is really close to Stubaier Gletscher and Schlick 2000, 2 of the nicest ski resorts in the area. Ski resorts are easily accessible by bus, which is free. Lots of places where you can rent skis, and repair skis. It's perfect for enjoying a full ski trip experience. Activehotel Bergkonig is one of the nicest hotels in the area, I fully recommend it.

    Neustift is surrounded by beautiful mountains, valleys and...

    Neustift is surrounded by beautiful mountains, valleys and waterfalls. These are accessible by using public transport, which is free with the Stubai super pass, and walking. There is a range of restaurants/bars in the centre of town. We particularly liked Dorfwirt and Herr Klaus. It is best to book restaurants in the evening. There are four different cable car routes which make access to mountain huts/cafes easy. Great for traditional Austrian mountain lunches. If you are in a car, you will find the valley road very busy in the summer. Drivers park cars and camper vans wherever they can, sometimes obstructing the roads. It is better to use the bus which runs, several times an hour, along the whole length of the valley.

    Beautiful location and functional holiday home. The host makes sure nothing was missing, from boot dryers and recycling system to comfortable beds and delivery of bread and eggs from their garden chickens. You can use the local 590 bus to reach other parts of Stubaital and Innnsbruck.

    The hotel was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room (suite) was excellent, with plenty of space and storage. The food was very good indeed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, and the Stubai Super card was a real bonus.

    The place - Stubaitall is execelent. Amazing.... We received the Stubai super card for the accommodation, so we had many benefits, including the cable cars. The apartment was small but cozy, very pleasant.... nice balkony....
