Right from the beginning/start of the booking, the staff, especially Marek was unbelievably kind and helpful. We briefly met Nils, the owner, and the very nice cleaning lady. They were all super attentive! We went there with two dogs and it was absolutely no problem. Once you get out to the backside of the hotel, there is beautiful nature. Can't wait to get back there. Everything was good - hotel has been renovated, so the rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff is extremely helpful and trying to meet everyone's needs. Food (half-board) was very good and plenty. There is a sauna which you can use every day. Location is close to Kitzbühel and easy to get to ski slopes (by car or skibus).
