Location and the old alpine building were great. But the best of all were the wonderful staff. We arrived late (after 2100 when the kitchens closed) because of a tyre blow out. We contacted the gasthaus to inform them a couple of hours before and asked if we could still eat and they said no problem. When we arrived all the other people in the restaurant were leaving but they prepared our food. We freshened up for 10 mins after our long road trip from Croatia and went to eat. They could not be more accommodating and served us 4 delicious wiener schnitzels and superb local draft beer. We had 3 beers in the end and it was not a problem at all for them. Breakfast in the morning was good too and they kept asking us if we wanted more. A wonderful place. Highly recommended.
