Very friendly staff - uncomplicated check in. Family room large ( double bed , bunk bed , and good size entry and bathroom) , simple and clean . Good value for money. We had HP - great choices for breakfast and 2 dinner choices , including vegetarian . All very friendly .

The hotel is overall good. The spa is very nice, the food is nice and the team try to accommodate any dietary needs . The room was comfortable with the exception of the unusual bathroom where the sink is pretty much in the shower. If Wifi is important to you this is poor. The staff are friendly but the service at dinner and the bar is a bit disorganised so be patient.

Very friendly staff, flexible and helpful at all times. We had the half board and the food was very good, chefs kiss! The rooms were new, bathroom felt very new and we like the added radio in the bathroom.
