The room was very spacious. The balcony views wonderful! The welcome from the owner was friendly, although we arrived after reception hours. Staff were all friendly. There was a screen on the balcony door to keep out flies/bugs and a fly swatter in case any got into the room.

This hotel was in the middle of a winery. The staff were so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us many insights of where to visit in the surrounding area. We hired mountain bikes which I would recommend as a great way to see the surrounding countryside which was absolutely stunning. The hotel breakfast choice is one of the best we have had anywhere. The room and facilities are first class and I would highly recommend a short break if ever visiting Austrian wineries.

Everything from the staff esp Christina to the housekeeping team and the entire staff just felt like family. I felt home away from home! Not something we experience everyday. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will surely return soon again!

This was a special place to stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed being shown around the castle by the lovely Slovenian lady at reception. The courtyard for relaxing and dining was lovely, our room was excellent.
