very nice breakfast, spacious room, great wellness center and a pretty great location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially important for me coming with my dog who was very welcomed and treated nicely by everyone, and even got lots of yummy treats from the staff :)

The staff was really welcoming and nice. The place is very close by to ski schools and train station. Highly recommend this place for your next ski holidays.

Newly opened after a full renovation in January 2015, this 4-star hotel is right next to the Eichenhof Ski Elevator and provides direct access to the Sankt Johann in Tirol Ski Area.

Ski school, ski rental, ski shop, cafe/bar are located at the same spot attached to the hotel next to one of the main cable cars of St. Johann. New learners skiing area is located in front of the hotel. Hotel has a nice pool and a kids club for the hours after skiing to engage kids with other activities. Open buffet offers various options for kids at all meals.

The hotel was very close to a ski lift, no need to take a bus or so. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would go back.

    Breakfast was great. Availability of beverages all day and cake at 3:00 was exceptional. Staff was also exceptional, friendly, helpful, and caring.

    Love Sankt Johann as a sweet authentic Austrian Town with great skiing & fabulous restaurants. Huber Brau Brewery is worth a visit. Cafe Rainer for the afternoon treat 🍰. Villa Masianco, La Rustica, Finks & of course Max's for some of the best food after a long day of skiing.

    A great place for those who love an exciting mountain...

    A great place for those who love an exciting mountain environment. The environment is diverse, everyone can find routes of suitable style and difficulty. There are well-marked hiking trails and beautiful landscapes. But: surprisingly few restaurants or huts (hütte) were open at that time.

    The memory foam beds were super comfortable after a long day of skiing. The apartment was very quiet and far from the street. The showers had lots of pressure and seemingly unlimited hot water. Although small, the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was right next to a large grocery store and a block from the shopping district. A bus stop was nearby too. A great stay!

    Did not like paying 30 days in advance--I understand I would be responsible for full amount if I were a no-show, but full amount taken out so far in advance. Don't know who is responsible for this. Was different last year and I will make sure it doesn't happen again.

    The apartment is relatively small, but worked really well for the three of us. The kitchen facilities were really good, the rooms were clean, and a good bathroom. The location is excellent, being just over a five minute walk from the top end of the town (the smart Cube hotel & bar and the excellent Villa Masianco restaurant). Perfectly placed too to access the St Johann ski area, and easy access to the wider Kitzbuhel ski area. The host, Christian, was very helpful.

    The property felt like a home away from home, with a many guests returning for their 10th+ time. It was incredibly clean and cosy. The staff are the friendliest and most professional I have ever known, our stay literally could not have been better. Our parents stayed at a separate hotel and paid thousands more but ended up being genuinely jealous of our stay at Pension Noella. When we come back to the area next year, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

    The hotel has amazing facilities. The gym, pool and sauna etc were exceptional ( although more is available in the winter). The rooms were clean and well kept. I would highly recommend it.
