A perfect startpoint for different kind of activities (hiking, climbing, water-sports, cycling, etc). The hosts are very kind and helpful and communicate fast and in perfect English. The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. It's decorated with a good taste for style. Close by you can find a bakery, shop and playgrounds for kids. Generally in my trip I stayed in 4 different Austrian guesthouses one being an actual hotel. It must be my age (69) but I was cold at night in most. Some had extra blanket to lay over the duvet, which helped. When they did not, I lay my ski suits on top of the rather thin provided duvet. It's winter! A big plus for lovers of proper nutrition were quinoa, sesame, chia for breakfast. I especially admired the attention towards the guests of the staff.
