People were uber supportive during my stay and even kept an eye on me during the race - my chain broke ad the owner Georg waited for me (thankyou again). I'll be back swim bike run routes v good - the only frustration was out of their control - drivers are quite aggressive on the roads... On a TT bike that can cause alot of wabbling when descending so i had to be pretty careful. unless required i would take road bike.

cozy room, wonderful environment, absolutely perfect Italian restaurant staff, very close to town and to ski area, quiet with just the pleasant sound of a babbling stream outside the hotel, and the fluffy white house dog is precious!!!

The newly renovated Hotel Das Walchsee is an perfect mixture of traditional and modern style with the characteristic Tyrolian charme. Free WiFi is provided in the entire hotel.

This was one of the best places we stayed in on our European trip. It was such a charming farm setting, with a helpful and friendly staff, delicious fresh food and super comfortable rooms.

This hotel is perfect for skiing in any of Skiwelt, KitzSki, Saalbach ski areas, and some other smaller ski resorts as well. At about 20-25 minutes driving, it is really easy to reach out. The property has a ski room and comfortable parking area. Staff are lovely and always keen to be at your service. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. They are serving breakfast, simple, though fresh and tasty. Dinner is a real threat, with some main courses to choose from, and everything, every evening, was delicious! Definitely will come back!

Having to change our plans last minute meant that we were going to arrive quite late - but we were surprised that not only did someone wait for us to check-in, but that a little late night dinner was also set aside for our arrival, even meeting my dietary needs. The service just got better and better - from a packed breakfast on our race day to a special serving of chocolate ice cream. We loved the sauna facility, the pools and the fitness center. So much to do, so little time. Even on check out, the hotel took our race gift certificates. Too impressed for words! Oh, and did I mention the stunning views!?!
