The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Mallnitz, but it's also quiet to sleep. There's a spacious private parking. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful.

Hotel is large and during our stay busy. Coach delivery of guests during evening and morning collection resulted in a lot of people traffic. Breakfast was good choice, evening meals were fine. Parking outside was busy Motorcycles and car parking at times and walkers enjoyed the hotel. The Hotel is located on a hill and for some walking may prove hard outside hotel grounds.

Super nice accomodation! Great beds, bathroom and it was so nice and warm the whole stay!
