The service staff at the hotel is very nice and friendly. There are a lot of cool amenities, like the adults only indoor pool (starting at age 16) and the family indoor pool. There is also an outdoor pool but we couldn't use that because of the weather. The game room and the gaming tables in the lobby are also a nice touch. My sister and I played board games almost every night. There is a snack time from 1pm to 5pm but this truly is like an extra meal. If you have the half board option you really don't need a meal at lunch time. There is plenty of food at snack time. It is also nice that the breakfast and dinner times are extended. Breakfast until 11am and dinner until 9pm.

Hotel Alpenrose is located in Pertisau, 492 feet away from the shores of Achensee Lake. Some of the beautifully furnished rooms have balconies. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby.
