Very friendly staff, flexible and helpful at all times. We had the half board and the food was very good, chefs kiss! The rooms were new, bathroom felt very new and we like the added radio in the bathroom. Overall was a great stay and we really want to say thank you again to the staff and owner for being so welcoming!

Breakfast was great! Not just your regular Austrian buffett, there was also a cook who made eggs and omelets to order. The hotel is less than 100m from the Shatzberg Express Gondola.

Great breakfast, nice and welcoming staff. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. They also provided me a guest pass for day which allowed me to use ski lift in the next village for free.
