Very nice hotel with nice staff, even though located in quite busy area with many shops and very close to bus stop, the bus goes directly to the airport. Despite it is not in nature-ish area, you still have view from the window to the mountains and it is quiet in the room.
The only minus was baby bed. So as I travelled with my child I asked for the baby bed. They provided it but it was quite old, with saggy bottom and with broken zip, so I had to put the side with "open hole" very close to the wall, otherway there was risk the child could occasionally roll out of the bed, and the hole could not be closed because the zip was broken. However as I said I solved the problem in relatively easy way.
However if there is no need in baby bed, all other moments are pretty decent. I am grateful to the staff for the hospitality, tasty breakfasts and my birthday cake :-)

No air con in one of our rooms. A little further from the city than I thought. And there was a bad smell outside

The swimming pool and views from it was amazing. Very child friendly. Lollipops at dinner alongside a kids menu and both my girls were given a toy to takeaway with them
Also a playroom and playground. According to my kids, a really yummy breakfast.

The comfort rooms are very spacious and have a wonderful view. I definetely recommend them.
Situated in Thaur, 7.5 km from Imperial Palace Innsbruck, Hotel Purner features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.
Tulfes is a hidden gem to get away from it all. Not far from Innsbruck, so you can easily go for a day in that lovely city, but far enough away and up the mountainside to feel completely out of the rat race. The village itself has a few restaurants and the odd bar/shop but not much else. There is a Spar supermarket and fuel 5 mins away by car in the next village. The views on a clear day are just unbelievable - and I say this as a Scot who is no stranger to the Scottish mountains!
Tip on the restaurants if you require gluten free - they're not great I'm afraid. Very few options. If you dont speak German its a bit tricky as most places dont have translated menus or websites, so you either have to speak German or hope you find someone who speaks your language...
Tulfes has a superb cable car that takes you a good way up one of the mountains, but the last 650m ascent is up to you! There is a fantastic woodland adventure at the first station (the cable car to the top is in two sections) where kids can hire a 'kugel' (wooden ball) to run down fixed or build-your-own wooden runs. €10 each but €8 refunded on return of the kugel, so thats €2 each for hours of healthy fun, away from screens, in fresh mountain air.

Friendly hotel mostly occupied by hikers and people that appreciate quiet. We stayed here for one night in transit. It was not cheap - if you search you could find better value for money but overall this was a good place to stay.
The pool is very nice with a great view of the mountains. For dinner we had to go in town - in the village there was not a lot of choice but Innsbruck is just 30 mins drive down the mountain.
I would recommend for hikers and mountain bikers

1. Location of the hotel is in the incredible place, I’m in love with and I definitely could say that I will come back
2. Daniela(host) was so nice and helpful :)
3. Another point to mention is how clean were the rooms and the entire hotel’s property
4. Breakfasts were so fresh and yummy, seems like it was from farm products with fresh bread/waffles everyday, also you find some salmon, vegetables 🥗
We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The atmosphere and design of the hotel were particularly appealing, creating a cozy ambiance with stunning views. The hotel owner was incredibly warm and sociable, providing us with invaluable guidance throughout our visit. Our experience here has left us with wonderful memories, and we definitely plan to return in the future.
Breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Lovely location in the middle of summer, can imagine it would be beautiful in winter. Lots of gorgeous hill trails. Close to the town of Hall in Tirol and its old town is definitely worth spending time. About 20 mins from Innsbruck.
