Very friendly staff, flexible and helpful at all times. We had the half board and the food was very good, chefs kiss! The rooms were new, bathroom felt very new and we like the added radio in the bathroom. Overall was a great stay and we really want to say thank you again to the staff and owner for being so welcoming!

The hotel has a very nice location, a lot of facilities and, very important to us, a very welcoming staff. You can really feel it is a family run hotel. It is very clean, the food is good as well, we really enjoyed spending a part of our summer holiday there.

Extremely cozy apartment, big enough for two people. It was always so warm which made it extremely cozy to come back to. It's more spacious than I thought. It was clean & had everything we needed. The kitchen is small but it's enough to make food. The bed is enormous and comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet area, a car is recommended. The slopes for skiing are a short drive away. The owner is very friendly and communication was great. We had a fantastic stay & would love to come back in the summer.

Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect
