The hotel is perfectly located, opposite the train station, a few steps away from the pedestrian street with shops, bars, and restaurants. There's also free parking onsite. The hotel is near the gondola and chair lifts. We enjoyed the wellness area, especially after a day on the slopes. The breakfast offered a great variety; both hot a cold and the services were great. The owners and staff were great hosts; friendly, helpful, and attentive - Thank you! I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed in their Sister Hotel - Lux Alpinae, situated just below Hotel Kertess with only a garden & some steps separating the two. We enjoyed our dinners with friends in Kertess & loved the food & staff. Great choice of menu & waiting and bar staff were friendly & funny.
