Well equipped apartment at great location. The only downside is that the bed is too soft for my liking.

We had perfect weather had just rained so left us with some lovely green scenery. Weather was perfect. A little hassle with flies so need a net for face. Need a rental car to get around to see all sites.
Just the experience of being there was magical. Day and night with the night sky as something unreal.

Ayers Rock was a bucket list destination.
Ayers Rock was a bucket list destination. I have now scratched that itch. It was OK but don't feel the need to ever return. Sadly it rained the two days we were there - (most unusual), which kept the flies at bay but didn't really allow us to make the most of our time there. It is beautiful and I think has to be done if you are able, but two days is more than enough unless you are able to get out there and do some walking

It is impossible to explain the experience of visiting this area. While at first glance it seems mundane, but up close and walking in its shadow will give you an entirely different perspective. Definitely take the trail around Ayers Rock.

Uluru exceeded expectations once again.
Uluru exceeded expectations once again. Great walks, quiet place of reflection, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. You could walk around the base, ride a hire bike or take a Segway tour. Free cultural walk with a local guide at the Rock was around 1.5km and was informative, friendly and easy for all ages. Saw rock art, sacred sites, waterholes, desert vegetation and bush tucker. Warm to hot in November but easily able to participate in all walks in the morning before it gets too hot.

Book both the sunset and sunrise tours, both equally beautiful and impressive. I opted for the outdoor BBQ and it was very enjoyable with plenty of meat and salad and drinks provided.
Breakfast buffet at the lodge was overpriced and you’re better of going over the road to Kulata academy cafe with it’s great and tasty choice with reasonable prices.
Had a beautiful Pad Thai and dumplings from Ayers wok.
Buy your art from the locals either on your tour on the town square in the evenings, the art galleries are overpriced and often double the money!!

Amazing--could walk to the Lookout for sunrise and sunset from our hotel. But a sunrise tour gets you up early and very close to Uluru to watch all the magnificent colour changes of the rock and sky! You can go on many walks--but probably loved the Mala walk the most. The Cultural centre is definitely worth visiting--and an icecream!

Clean, comfy bed, plenty of space in the apartment, decent enough equipped kitchen, noting the fridge was a large bar fridge. Had coffee/tea/sugar/salt/pepper and small milk but that's it. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. While this hotel doesn't have a pool, both accommodations either side does, which is only a short walk away. Location great, staff friendly. Would have liked an ice tray to make ice, got some from another hotel bar which was helpful. Oh, and heaps of towels! Really appreciated that.
Location was great , near to the shops and restaurants and the viewing point for Uluru. There was also an excellent coach service to and from the airport. Easy to pick up the coaches for the trips too from the hotel.
We were pleasantly surprised that a high end hotel could be so friendly and helpful. We felt really welcomed and looked after in all aspects of our stay.
