The property was lovely and Vicki was just delightful. She was so welcoming. We had a lovely fresh breakfast each day and the location was perfect. We will definitely return as we want to go to Broken Hill.

Traffic noise, long haul trucks stopping, and starting from traffic lights right outside went on all night. Loud cars noise as well. Also blinds did not blackout the room. Almost impossibly difficult to park in designated spot. Did not like having to provide an image of my drivers licence to third party, digital hotels in order to complete checkin. Otherwise, well appointed.

Overall our stay was ok. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious and clean and the location was great. However, as we’d specifically booked a spa room, it was disappointing that the water pressure was very poor. It took 1 hour and 8 minutes to fill the spa with enough water to run it. Also, the fridge door would not close properly so drinks wouldn’t stay cold.
