The Riverboat Echuca is only short walk from the historic Port and the Murray River where you can board one of the famous Murray River Paddle steamers.

We were welcomed by a lovely lady. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The shower was great. The pool was absolutely perfect. Will definitely go back.

Georgian Motor Lodge is located on the main street of Echuca, a 10-minute walk from the Port of Echuca. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool, free parking and free Wi-Fi access.

Our bed was a king size -very comfortable, very nice linen and we were extremely well catered for by head cleaner Keryn and staff. We hope management will pass on our gratitude to all the cleaning staff.

    Echuca is a beautiful town located on the Murray river. It has an abundance of restaurants and shops. The paddle steamer cruises are a must on a lovely day. The port of Echuca is a lovely walk showcasing the history of Echuca.

    If your doing short stay holidays 1 day in Echuca is enough.

    If your doing short stay holidays 1 day in Echuca is enough. Visit the Port Wharf, Do a paddle boat ride, Loan a bike from the Wharf and do a 1.5 hour bike ride loop along the river & finish off at the RSL for a meal.

    Echuca is a beautiful historical river town. If used as a base for the surrounding area several days are required (or more). If only wanting to see the town then 2-3 nights would probably do. If you like markets, try to be in the area on Saturday.

    First time visitors will find a delightful town with...

    First time visitors will find a delightful town with everything from a beautiful 'main street' with everyday needs met, then the old town High Street and river-side with a number of historic buildings, natural features, shopping indulgences and huge range of options for food and accomodation. For the budget conscious, simply camp, walk and enjoy local services such as the incredible town library looking out to the wharf precinct.

    Enjoyed spending the day at the Port of Echuca, including...

    Enjoyed spending the day at the Port of Echuca, including the free museum and going for a paddleship cruise. Loved walking around the city looking at historic buildings, including churches. Lots of places offering great food choices. Lots of outdoor activities for sports enthusiasts. Moama situated just over the bridge. Moama bowling club offers excellent food at great prices. We travelled from Melbourne by train. Very comfortable.

    My sister & I didn't get chance to see much but as was short stay but will go back for longer when able & see more. Great the courtesy bus to & from Moama rsl also, picking up & drop off in front of our motel. Next time though we'll visit more Echuca places.
