We received an upgrade which was a ground floor apartment and incl a spa, this was much appreciated after a very long drive. The bed was very comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room is excellent, so is the shower. There's also very nice artwork everywhere! The location is superb as it is near the train station and all the shops and food.

Location- close to family that we were visiting. Had everything we needed for a short stay with a comfortable bed to sleep in, and small kitchen, which suited our needs. Rooms small, but this didn't affect our stay as we were out all day.
