Superior Studio 17 Endeavour offers accommodations in Emu Park, 8.1 miles from Keppel Bay Marina and 24 miles from Central Queensland University.

Located in the centre of the CBD of Emu Park, everything is within walking distance including cafes, supermarket, takeaway shops, newsagency, museum, art gallery and the beach. I enjoyed a lovely meal and service at Ocean Brew Cafe and fish and chips from Emu Park Fish n Chips. Now, I am reluctantly sharing the following story of how I locked myself out of my room and the complex (due to a brain lapse) on a Thursday night because I want people to know just how amazing the people in this place are. So, I locked my keys and phone in the room and in a panic I walked out the gate that had a code that I didn't know and so, I couldn't get back in. I then went over to the fish and chip shop and asked the young shop assistant if I could use the shop phone, she instead gave me her mobile phone to use without charge. With no luck getting an after hours number for the business looking after the apartments and unable to access my Booking.com app, I gave up and went about wandering the streets. I asked for directions to the police station, but was told it might be closed. As I'm walking, I'm thinking to myself, "surely someone knows someone who can help me", and then I wander past the local TSG shop that's just about to close. I take a chance and walk in and ask, "Do you know *person who looks after the apartments*?" and the person says, yes! They are able to call a friend who knows a friend who's the daughter of the person that has the spare key and can get me back into the apartment. Relieved, I waited for this poor person who has to drive in 10mins just to give me the spare key. I am grateful to each and every person that helped. Thank you.

Located in Emu Park, this motel offers air-conditioned rooms with a kitchenette and free on-site parking. Each air-conditioned room offers a TV and a private bathroom with a shower.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room with every thing I needed plus more. I was very pleasantly surprised with the value for money as the room exceeded my modest expectations.

A delightful place, with all the things you need in very close proximity. There are some great places for walking, the Anzac Memorial Walk was beautiful. The fish and chip shop across the street from the park was fantastic! some of best fish I've had. Take a day trip to Great Keppel Island on the ferry, you can even take your fur baby, no charge for them! What a treat, we all had a fabulous day there. There are activities to do, or just relax and have a beer and swim the azure waters. I highly recommend it! If you feel you need some retail therapy, Yeppoon is 15 minutes up the road and they even have a Bunnings! :)

Emu Park has all the facilities you could want for a quiet coastal weekend or week. Everything is close enough to walk from central accommodation. The development in Emu Park so far is low rise and gives the location a quieter, friendly, slower paced feeling for a beach holiday. It is certainly a place for relaxation and reflection. Well worth a visit if you are into beach walking, exploring rock pools and grazing your way around the eateries and coffee shops. Plenty of local history to take in at the museum and the Anzac Walk to the Singing Ship. The views from the Singing Ship towards the islands and hinterland are great for sunrise and sunset. The foreshore development at Main Beach provides all the facilities you could need for time at the beach.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how good the motel room was. There was even a little private courtyard for us to enjoy. We enjoyed great meals at the local, and were blown away by the beautification that has taken place on the foreshore.

Take time to follow the headland board walk through the area devoted to commemoration of personnel who have served Australia in wars. See also the " singing ship " a memorial to Captain Cook who charted the adjacent coastline.
