Babbling stream - cottage overlooks - lovely sound and nice location. Good apartment size for 2 people- airy Well heated- electric heater, reverse aircon and a nice wood heater, electric blankets deck overlooking stream Easy location along the backroads to Franklin , Willie smith ( and received a $15 gift Voucher) Very Comfy bed with very cosy doona( but only a double bed) Bathroom has a spa bath, heater, sep shower Bugbear is taps that are not mixer and you have to balance the temp. Lol…!! Tv worked great. The apartment is shared a common wall with similar apartment next door. We had no other guests next door. A bit of an update of furniture would be nice as I found the lounge not my preferred comfort. Few bits of maintenance to be done.

It’s adequate, not outstanding, needs a good deep cleaning , and all carpets removed in bedrooms. We were sold an “apartment “ as we wanted as my wife is celiac. They gave us a room with a kettle. They did offer to have us cook in the sun room however. Outside of the hot plate there. Was NOTHING . Terribly uncomfortable situation. At over 200a night it was embarrassing. We ended up having the chef cook for us but not what we planned.
