The location, privacy and access to amenities. We enjoyed our short stay and like the cabin that we booked, it was well equipped with a full kitchen and excellent shower. No issue with our stay in a respectful camping community.

The unit was nice and roomy. It was very clean and was well presented and had all the necessary trimmings. A longer walk to the heart of Halls Gap, but considering this is a walking destination it should not put people off.

Best experience I’ve had in a long time! I wanted to book something special for my partners birthday and this was the perfect place to stay. Romantic, secluded but still super close to all the shops & restaurants. They have really thought about the tiny details in this place, even though you are in nature you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. Would definitely recommend and be back for sure!

Very comfortable villa, tasteful decor. Bed was huge & oh so comfortable. Toiletries supplied for the spa , very relaxing. Kitchen facilities are great, stay in & cook your own meals or eat out at a variety of eateries in town. The surrounding grounds are well kept by Cam with wildlife in abundance at your doorstep.

I would have liked the cabin to have a little balcony to sit out but then again I did not request one on booking. But my cabin one of the older ones was still very comfortable. Ice cream shop was very popular and great ice creams. Bakery was great. I did not eat anywhere else but looked to be great Restuarants. Gift shops great. Petrol well priced. Great playground for children. Many walks for all people to choose to suit their fitness level. Halls Gap was great to visit.

We were concerned that due to the bush fires we may have limited things to do. However as our stay was only for two nights this was not a problem. Tourist information were very helpful explains what hiking routes were open etc. We hiked to the pinnacle from wonderland car park which was excellent.

Halls Gap had been afflicted with bush fires just before we came and we were expecting to see thousands of acres of burnt forest. It was nothing like that. The hiking in the mountains is simply awe inspiring. You feel like you are in a land formed by giants. I would love to return.

Everything was spick and span, we had comfy beds to sleep in, and the log fire kept us nice and toasty. The property is very close to the Halls Gap centre, but not so close that the noise from the caravan park reached us. Across the main street, at the cultural centre, are a few very nice short walks as well, which was bonus. It was a good base from which to do day hikes. The kitchen is well equipped, and it was easy to self-cater.
The location was excellent to the main area of Halls Gap. The room was large and all essential items were in the room,
e.g. toaster, crockery, microwave etc. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was close to room access.
Lovely aspect looking towards the Grampians. If we could be critical the room was a little tied. Value for money
very good for a family stay.
Had a great time at Halls Gap Log Cabins.
The cabins were spacious, the kitchen was amazingly equipped and the cabin was meticoulously clean!
Also loved that the cabins are slightly away for the town, making the experience a bit more secluded.
Location of the house was very close to the main halls gap restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Great speed internet. All amenities worked fine. Backyard with views. Self check in was very convenient with the code.
Great location, can walk into town centre of halls gap! Close to trails as well. Very clean and lots of wildlife to see. Would recommend for family / group or even couple bookings
