This was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was bigger than a normal motel and had a lovely bathroom. We were on the ground floor and just steps from a lovely pool. The bed was super comfortable. This place attracts older visitors who are looking to play golf. Therefore, it’s very quiet. We had a very pleasant time and would love to come back for a few days and take advantage of the golf course b

Harrington has breathtaking views of several kinds of waterways - the wild ocean, the gentler bay ocean, the tranquil rivers, inland water ways, swamps and marshes, break water divisions all full of abundant bird life living along side the town.
Many places to eat both outside and inside, excellent pubs and very friendly people. You can ride your bike/walk all around along shared paths or simply cruise along the roads in your car with your windows down to take in the sea breeze.
The Gold Course, Surf beaches, piers, wetlands and national park offer sporting opportunities along with fishing and bushwalking or mountain bike riding.
There is also a local shopping area with everything you need.
The pubs are the best with gorgeous outdoor areas with amazing views of the waterways and oceans.

Great little town with adequate shops for supplies.
Excellent hotel with great views and very good food and the added bonus of a courtesy bus.
Also recommend the rainforest walk, nearby Crowdy Head, and the Cattai Wetlands.
Overall, a very good experience and would definitely recommend a visit.

Harrington is a beautiful area especially with the water view.
A toaster and microwave were advertised for the room although on arrival there were no plates or cutlery to toast or have a meal. Yes there were cups and saucers and teaspoons but nothing to use for toast or cereal etc. very disappointing.

Harington itself is a small village on the Manning River with a short drive to Crowdy Bay beach.
Accommodation is limited to a couple of very ordinary caravan parks , one motel and the Harrington River Lodge.
The supermarket is well stoced and conveniently located in a small shopping center complete with Liquor store, Pharmacy and newsagent.

Good parking and lots of walking paths etc.
Have been coming to Harrington since we were children & little has changed !!
The resort is located right on the beautiful beach at Crowdy Bay. There is a fantastic little cafe at the surf club next door and it is a short drive to Harrington where there are options to eat out, a supermarket, chemist and fuel station.
We stayed in the safari tents, it was awesome 😊 we wernt sure what to expect and bought everything for camping but they had everything we needed 😊 my teens had a blast. Thankyou discovery parks harrington.
