there were cockroaches in friends room - no cups or mugs in mine - stairs too steep to get luggage up wirh no one to help or even find anyone about even when it was not that late on arrival (5,30pm) - certainly don't recommend anyone elderly or family! I left insulin in fridge - tried phoning no reply & even emailing still no reply!
