Kiama is a wonderful place to relax for a few days.
Kiama is a wonderful place to relax for a few days. If you enjoy walking and swimming it is perfect. Nothing in the way of entertainment of an evening. Close to Berry which has a great collection of interesting shops. Definitely worth a visit. Loved the tidal pool for swimming at Kiama. Close to shops. RSL dining was poor. In a gaming room with tables that were far too low for eating. Only other tables were under Keno and TAB screens. A lovely town, very vibrant!
A lovely town, very vibrant! Loved all the independent shops, cafe's and restaurants. Managed to see a whale very early one morning which was one of my highlights. Went with my 2 sons, one of whom is a chef. He loved the farmers market on the green and the produce was really good quality. After 20 yrs it has of course changed but still a beautiful town with everything you needed. It was easy walking to everywhere the blowhole, the markets, the leagues club, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, shopping. And the swim in the ocean baths just before we left was invigorating. The ocean water is crystal clear, the parks are beautiful and well maintained. I will definitely be going back.Guest review byAnonymousAustralia
