Loved the focus on wildlife spotting and nature, the look and feel of the eco-lodge (paintings of wildlife, outdoor space, open kitchen), really enjoyed talking with Bella about the wildlife we were seeing and where to go out looking. Also loved the complimentary coffee/tea and milk, free fruit from the garden, as well as the communal kitchen.

Great breakfast consisting of fresh fruits, bread, juice, milk, yogurt and cereal. Butter, jam and vegemite for toast. In the countryside. We spent 5 nights here. I have stayed at the Yungaburra Park Motel many times over the years. It is ideally located close to nearby cafes and the hotel in the local village. It is a great base from which to explore the tableland with the accommodation itself clean and comfortable. Staff are always personable and efficient and any issues that might crop up, quickly addressed. I rate this little motel very highly.

Super-friendly hosts and great value! We'd definitely stay here again.
Would definitely plan a longer stay next time. Comfortable beds, great shower and well equipped kitchen. The wildlife was abundant as the cabins are set right in the rainforest. The information pack on birds, animals and all the local attractions, places to see and eat was exceptional. Friendly staff and the night wildlife viewing was a real thrill

We stayed in a forest lodge at Chambers Wildlife Lodges - excellent. We had a super morning walk around the perimeter of scenic Lake Eacham , took around an hour. There were quite a few people out swimming in the lake.
We travelled on to Yungburra near-by- what a lovely little traditional town - had brunch in the most adorable cafe (sorry can't remember its name).

Great location, very close to the beautiful town of Yungaburra where there are multiple options to eat great food. Easy drive to the waterfall circuit which is breath taking. Lake Eacham has a walking track all the way around, you will need runners or walking shoes as it was slippery in parts, the walk does have a couple of steep areas where you may need to stop and admire the beautiful flora and fauna to get your breath back but mostly easy terrain the rest of the way and you can swim in the lake at the end to cool off.

I pretty much liked all aspects of my stay there. I thought that the accommodation was very good value for money. I also liked its proximity to both Lake Eacham & Yungaburra. In addition, there was always abundant hot water & the cooking facilities when combined with the camp kitchen were more than adequate. I also appreciated having the camp shop/coffee shop/restaurant close by.
Great location right in the middle of the rainforest with abundant wildlife to observe. Clean and warm lodge with full kitchen amenities make for a great getaway. Just wished we could have stayed for a week - we will have to return one day.
Lots of places to visit within a10 minute drive, including the fabulous Lake Eacham for a swim and Platypus spotting at Yungaburra.
Amazing location right next to Lake Eacham and in the heart of the rainforest.
Lovely clean comfortable bedding and decent amenities, loved the high ceilings, friendly staff
Would love to visit again!
We loved the location, walking distance to Lake Eacham, staff very friendly and helpful. Every night of our stay we went to the wildlife viewing platform and had very close encounters, unforgettable!
