Great apartment, perfectly located for my needs. Very clean and had all the facilities I needed. I arrived late in the night, it was well lit and very clear, straightforward instructions for entry.
Highly recommend and would stay again.

The house was quite large and the rooms were all big. Beds were very clean and comfy.
The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment needed.

Stay on for a couple of nights after enjoying the Zig Zag railway, to do a couple of hikes (we did the Lost City walking track), and also to visit some of the local attractions like the Blast Furnace and tour of Mt Piper power station. Lots of good eating options in town centre.

Lithgow is an interesting town and region if you like history, architecture, rural and mountain landscapes, steam trains and hiking. Visited some aboriginal caves and saw hand paintings just outside the town that was the highlight. The day I was there coincided with a Halloween type parade that seemed to have the entire town and more involved. Great to see such support for regional activities. What impressed me also was the pride at which residents maintained their properties. Most were not large or modern but I could see every one tries to keep their places clean and tidy. Its very commendable.

Lots of local attractions - historic, artistic and natural.
Lots of local attractions - historic, artistic and natural. I visited at the beginning of spring and there were lots of beautiful blooms to see - with more to come as the season progresses.
I went primarily for bird watching, but was very impressed with the local beauty.

Good little town.
Good little town. Plenty of facilities and centrally located to a number of local attractions. Zig Zag railway a highlight. Glow Worm tunnels around 45minutes out of town. Snow was around an hours drive and Katoomba around 40minutes. All in different directions making Lithgow a good central point.

It's a nice little town.
It's a nice little town. Great eating options as there are cafes and fast food outlets. The Woolworth had everything we wanted. Didn't get the chance to visit Lithgow small arms though. Lake Lyell is not far away and well worth the visit. Would be a good base to visit the 4WD tracks around.

I stayed at this hotel due to the close location for my work. It was a little out of town, so not near to local restaurants or facilities. This made dinner a little difficult as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant or cater for breakfast.
Although the hotel is located close to the highway it was surprisingly quiet. The room was clean, the furniture a little dated, but this was relected in the price. A reasonably good valued hotel.
It is a great hotel, it has everything right there under one roof. The staff are exceptionally caring and efficient.
We had dinner there our first night and it was amazing, one of the best T Bone steak meals we have ever had and a very reasonable price.
The hotel is classic & surrounding with full of old classic decorations.
Feel like having adventure in old classic building or castle.
Provide XL size towels.
A bunch of tea bag & coffee with sugar.
Feel ok to stay for 1 night.
