Upon arrival, we were disappointed to discover there was no heating system in the room. During our previous stay, we had inquired about this. This time, a very polite and caring gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) brought extra blankets to make our night more comfortable. I would strongly recommend that Gardner's Inn invest in portable heaters; the room was quite cold, and while the heated blanket helped, only one side was functional. Improved temperature control is definitely needed.
