The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming I didnt realise check in was at 2pm and needed to be out and ready at 1.30pm The staff managed to get my room ready in 15 mins. So I could be ready to leave on time

We were not informed that a wedding party had booked most of the rooms and therefore dominated the facilities. In addition this group were so loud, which didn't make our stay peaceful. Had we been informed we would have changed our plans to stay another time.

I booked late due to road work and couldn’t get to my destination safely. Booked and paid on line and within 5 minutes I received a text with my room number and the PIN code to access the electronic lock. Room clean and comfortable.

However, on a very quiet street. Good heating options, good showers and fast hot water system. Well stocked kitchen cupboards.
