Great location and comfortable room and bed.
Small balcony with no furniture and nowhere to hang anything to dry.
Whilst we knew the pool would be closed, the front entrance was also completely closed and after 1 day the disabled lift to the rear entrance broke down which meant for the rest of our stay my disabled husband had to exit the hotel via the underground carpark and up a slope. I had to assist him which meant he could not go in or out on his own. Reception staff were not even aware it was out of order when we asked when it would be fixed! The down escalator did not work for the entire stay but was not blocked off which was dangerous.
On one morning the fire alarm sounded before 7 am. I got my husband up and in his wheelchair and out to the hall only to be told by other guests that it was a fault! We received no apology or any communication from the hotel.

Rooms too dark being so much black, spa leaked water continually, low quality toilet paper, no ability to cast to the TV, no coffee pods machine in the room, no room cleaning until after 3 days with no credit for not using cleaning service, no rewards points because we booked through booking.com, had to pay in full at the beginning the stay instead of on check out, hot and stuffy throughout the whole hotel.

Very overpriced compared to other hotels I stayed at during my trip. Food in the bar was overpriced and extremely disappointing. Kettle in the room but no tea and coffee. Not even bottled water

At Reception she offered me a choice of rooms available, was pleasant and helpful. The other staff were always helpful and cheerful. Answered all my questions. The bed, the pillows were comfortable. Water was available in the lobby and the weather being so hot, this was appreciated. Quiet. Great shower.

Sun-drenched and laidback, Perth is simply a joy to be in. However, the West Australian capital does have tourist attractions, such as the Colonial-era mint, important in the country’s gold industry. East is the WACA, a must-see for cricket fans, and the city is also mad for Aussie Rules football.
The city centre has the historic Government House and Supreme Court, both dwarfed by the ultra-modern skyscrapers a few streets behind. The best skyline view is from leafy King’s Park, near the War Memorial overlooking the Swan River below, named after its black swans. Across the river in Perth Zoo are more native animals including koalas, crocodiles and free-hopping kangaroos.
Boats to the zoo leave from the Barrack Street jetty by a sail-shaped bell tower. Other day trips from Perth include Rottnest Island and Fremantle, down the river in the opposite direction from Perth Airport.
The apartments, B&Bs and hotels in Perth are spread all over this fantastic city, interspersed with restaurants serving specialities such as western rock lobster and chilli mussels. There is also a wealth of bars, many playing the indie music that the city is known for. Local brews from the Swan Brewery and wines from the Swan Valley vineyards round off the evening.
The people everywhere we went were very helpful. Free travel on the CAT bus service in the city was great as we flew from Sydney and didn't want to hire a car.
The Bell Tower tour was good.
Rottnest Island
Trip to the pinnacles and viewed the stars!!!
Trip to Margaret River and surrounding area
Simply Italian was nice for dinner
We found the CAT bus service in the city wonderful, a couple of hiccups on our last day, but for the nearly 3 weeks we used this service ,great

Due to work I couldn't stay longer, but I would definitely want to visit Perth again. The city left a good impression. It is very chill and laid back, and the one could feel the slow and relaxing pace of the city. One very interesting aspect I learnt during my short business trip was from interaction with people of the First Nation, finding out that the Noongar language is spoken in southwestern Australia, that the Kangaroo is a dialect from Sydney, while over in Perth the same animal is referred to as Yongka.

Must dos, Rottnest Island, Swan River Cruise, Museum, Perth Mint, Fremantle Markets in the city and at the wharf, several beaches.
Enjoyed exploring all the arcades leading from the Malls on Murray and Hay Streets.

We are so in love with Perth.
We are so in love with Perth.
so much sight seeing to do and amazing places to eat.
I do have food allergies but most places accommodated my needs.
We did the City and spent a day at Fremantle, but there is so much more to explore .
We came home wanting to sell up everything and move to Fremantle as it was just the vibe we are looking for.
I could sit here and rave on about this place but go and see it for yourselves..
Beautiful piece of Australia

A very nice hotel in the centre of Perth in a great location, accessible for most tourist attractions and shops. Very clean comfortable with modern facilities. Most staff extremely helpful, sincere and pleasant. Overall a very good value for money for a city centre hotel.
Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Perth. My kids had the best time playing in the pool. Being able to buy all the movies for only $35 was brilliant and kept my kids entertained. The staff were all so friendly. This will be our go to hotel from now on.
A small quiet hotel off the main thoroughfares but ideally situated for visiting Perth and the area. Just a 2 minute walk from the main bus station and bus stops for the free city transport. Breakfast was simple but adequate.
Hotel was well place in Perth, restaurants and cafes close by. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Air conditioning worked a treat and was very welcome in the hot Perth climate.
