Located in Phillip, 10 km from Old Parliament House and 10 km from Questacon, Beautiful & enclosed, 1 bd 1 bth - close to CBR Hospital offers air conditioning.

Nice place in a good location, however, the hot water cylinder ran over continuously limiting shower time and the shower door was a fall hazard as the bottom brackets were out of the track. We notified the Manager by email but had no reply.

    The "Lovely and quiet house" we rented still smelled like the previous owners had just been hurriedly removed prior to our arrival. I would not be surprised to learn that the house was ready for imminent demolition.

    The check-in process was the only nuisance because there are...

    The check-in process was the only nuisance because there are many 'lock boxes' attached to the bike rack, let alone there are many bike racks outside. The miscomms is due to the owner starts sending sms outside Booking.com with a link (I never click a link from unknown callers), so unless you trust this link and carefully review the webpage, you would not know where to retrieve the key from. In my opinion the link and the check-in information should be provided through trusted channel which is Booking.com messages. There is no recycle bin provided. The garage remote is attached to the house key, so unless you retrieve the house key first, you won't be able to park your car in the nominated spot. The nominated spot can be found by driving around the carpark, as the car spaces are not numbered in order.
