There wasn't anything we didn't like about Sassafras, the drives and walks around the area were absolutely amazing. We visited Mont De Lancey Historic Homestead, Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden, Chelsea Australian Garden at Olinda, Kokoda Track, Olinda Falls, Sherbrooke Falls, Stayed at Belle Le Vie French style B&B, pampered ourselves at Balance Mountain Day Spa Olinda, ate at Pig & Whistle Tavern and Mad Raven Hot Stone Pizza. My husband and I love nature and the area was so abundant with fresh air wonderful bird life, amazing trees, quaint small shopping districts and good foodie places to eat at.Guest review byLiên11Australia - Review score10.0
There are many beautiful walks to take in the area.
There are many beautiful walks to take in the area. The birds and greenery are the real bonus so if you are looking for a tranquil getaway, Sassafras is perfect location. You really need transport to the Main Street in Sassafras, Olinda and Mt Dandenong where there are plenty of cafes, gift shops and restaurants to enjoy.Guest review byDanielleAustralia
