We loved the room and the fact that both my requests had been catered for ( high floor and view) but the buffet breakfasts were the worst we'd had - terrible variety and quality. The coffee machine didn't work and the milk had gone off.

Don helped us out with our RV in a secure also sorted out our booking made us feel so welcomed went above and beyond best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We also had Paul that was so accommodating in make us feel welcomed. We had a great experience with the lovely lady behind the bar (can’t remember her name sorry)
