It is a beautiful property, clean, comfortable and homely. Peter the owner was welcoming and over a glass of wine from his wine yard we had a nice chat. He also cooked the most delicious wood fired pizzas for us.
A very nice surprise was a fridge, stocked with eggs, bacon and other goodie’s for a real country breakfast. Thanks Peter for making our stay a special one.

My wife and I enjoyed our one night at Rockridge Farm. Owners were lovely and attentive. Mount Pleasant is a quaint little town but there is very little to see or do there. We did, however, enjoy a terrific dinner at the local pub.
Birdwood Motel is located next to the National Motor Museum, and offers ideal access to a range of conservation and wildlife parks, as well as chocolate, cheese and wine destinations.

The location was close to the shops, it was nice and quiet and the room was spacious! It had the essential facilities needed to make the stay comfortable. Meeting Karen when I arrived was a delight as she was kind enough to pass over my keys for me!

The cozy vibe, home away from home. Alpacas 🦙 the main attraction. The property was well-maintained and cleaned. We will return and recommend my friends and family ☺️

Springton is a charming little village with a lot of character. It's worth going to to see the Herbig family tree alone. It is VERY quiet which is great if you want to get away from it all - it's only a short drive to wineries and towns with cafes, shops etc. There was not much to do but relax at our accommodation which suited us. At the time of our visit the pub was closed and for sale, as was what looked like a cafe - it would be nice to walk to get a coffee or a meal. If the pub and cafe were to reopen, this little town would be perfect in my view!

This is an exceptional property with magnificent lawns, surrounded by large established European trees and garden beds. A destination in itself to reset and enjoy this peaceful estate, including walks within the vineyard that will give a vista of the whole district.
